Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Faizal Ahmad’s consultation website works and what happens when you submit a Facebook/Instagram form or contact him through WhatsApp or live chat.

Information entered on this website

The consultation form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. This WhatsApp consultation form does not store those details in a website database. PDF report requests are described separately below.

Facebook and Instagram forms (Instant Forms)

Faizal Ahmad receives the name, phone number, answers about dependants and existing coverage, and preferred day and time that you provide in the form. This information is used to respond to your hibah review request, confirm a call time and manage follow-up by phone or WhatsApp. Answers are recorded in Astana CRM, which uses GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, so conversations can take account of your initial information.

Meta processes form submissions and WhatsApp communications; Astana and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector process CRM records and communications. Their handling of data is also subject to their own privacy notices. The initial form does not request identification numbers, medical records or detailed health information. Do not enter this information in open answer fields.

Form information is used for this review request and its follow-up. Reply STOP to stop WhatsApp follow-up. For questions, corrections or requests to delete information already shared, contact Faizal using the contact number shown on this website.

Meta Pixel, live chat and cookies

If you choose “Allow”, Meta Pixel records page visits and actions such as WhatsApp clicks and form submissions for advertising measurement. The LeadConnector live chat widget is also loaded to support conversations. Technical data including IP address, browser information, visited pages and cookie identifiers may be processed by the relevant providers. Neither script is loaded if you choose “Decline”. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed below.

Live chat

Information you type or send through live chat is processed by the widget provider and the conversation recipient so they can respond. Avoid sending identification numbers, medical records or detailed health information.

Google Analytics

After you choose Allow, Google Analytics measures page visits, campaign sources and WhatsApp clicks. Names, phone numbers, WhatsApp messages, form inputs and financial values are not sent as event parameters. Clicks and prepared messages do not confirm that a chat was sent or a case was closed.

Calculators

Financial and career calculator inputs are processed in your browser to show simulations. Inputs are only sent to the server if you request a PDF report. The calculators do not request an identification number or detailed medical records.

Calculator PDF reports

Only the selected module’s inputs are sent to the website server to generate a PDF for direct download. The calculation, chart, assumptions and checklist are included; contact details are not printed in it. The report is not stored in a separate file service or sent through email or WhatsApp.

Astana record capture is not enabled yet. PDF downloads do not request contact details or create lead records. If enabled later, the form will identify the CRM processor, data collected and actual retention before submission.

If the CRM request cannot be confirmed, you can still download without resubmitting the form. This flow does not send report form details or financial inputs to Meta Pixel. Do not enter identification numbers or medical details. Keep your downloaded PDF private.

When you use WhatsApp

The link opens WhatsApp with an editable message. It is only sent when you choose to send it. Avoid including identification numbers, medical records or detailed health information in the first message.

Hosting logs

The hosting provider may record IP address, access time, requested pages and browser information for operations and security.
